Accept an aircraft invitation

When someone shares an aircraft with you, you get an email invitation from AircraftMX.

1. Open the email and click the link to accept.
2. If you already have an AircraftMX account, click Sign In and sign in with the same email address the invitation was sent to. Then click Accept Invitation.
3. If you don't have an account, click Create Free Account, sign up with the invited email address, then accept.

The aircraft now appears on your My Aircraft page under Shared with me:.

Sharing is included in all paid plans. You don't need your own subscription for an aircraft shared with you. The roles are Owner, Manager, and Viewer. A Manager can add and edit records. A Viewer can see the aircraft's records but not change them.

If you're already signed in to AircraftMX, a banner says You've been invited to view {tail number}, then the manufacturer and model, {role} access, and Invited by {name}. The buttons are Accept Invite and Dismiss.

A new account must verify email before signing in. After sign-up the page says Check your email and verify your account before logging in.

"Email Mismatch"

If you see Email Mismatch, you're signed in with a different email than the one invited. Sign out and sign in with the invited address, or ask the owner to send a new invitation to the email you use.

Invitation expired?

Ask the aircraft owner to send a new one.
