Change or cancel your subscription (web)

Subscriptions paid by card on the web are managed in AircraftMX, with payments handled by Stripe. If you subscribed in the iOS app, see Manage or cancel an Apple-billed subscription instead.

See your subscriptions

Open your profile (click your name in the top-right corner). Manage Your Subscriptions lists each aircraft with its plan, Status, and Period End.

Change plan

  1. On your profile, under Manage Your Subscriptions, click Upgrade / Manage for a paid web subscription. That opens a page titled Change Subscription. Other states use Subscribe Now, Manage Trial, Update Payment, Resubscribe, or Upgrade Subscription.
  2. Pick the new plan and click Change Plan.
  3. Review the amount shown under Due now (a prorated charge for the rest of your billing period), then click Confirm & Pay.

Update your card or cancel

  1. On the Change Subscription page, click Manage Billing / Cancel.
  2. You're taken to Stripe's secure billing page, where you can update your card, download invoices, or cancel.

Refunds

If you're not happy after your trial, contact us and we'll look at your situation.
